Mulitscreen has been one of the biggest accomplishments in broadcast over the last few years. The value of content has gone through the roof, and now consumers can binge watch it whenever and wherever they want. It is more important than ever to ensure that the user experience is flawless. However, this doesn't necessarily mean that we need to prove the best UX, but instead the most tailored and suitable UX to each individual consumer. One size certainly does not fit all, and this session will explore the best way to understand what consumers need in order to deliver the best possible user experience, on every screen they own.
